On Friday, August 8th, The Deer Valley Snow Park City 2025 Music Festival rages on as the Utah Symphony take on and interprets The Music of Journey - the 70s rockers who took America by storm with their songs like Don’t Stop Believin’ and Any Way You Want It. Collaborating with vocalists Juan Del Castillo and a full rock band as well, the Utah Orchestra will perform all of Journey’s biggest hits - and Juan and the band will top it off with spicy vocals for us to sing along with as we enjoy the Utah stars and scenery. A performance you just won’t want to miss, the show is guaranteed to showcase an emotional mix of Rock ragers and sultry symphonics - and is designed to get us off our seats dancing, while being a nostalgic trip as well for all those who remember the good days of rock n’ roll. And there’s no other venue like the Deer Valley mountains to get us there scenically - and sonically!
The Utah Symphony Orchestra is based in Salt Lake and formed in 1940. They primarily play in Abravanel Hall, the monolithic structure that sits in the heart of Salt Lake and has hosted their concertos for the last four decades. The Utah Symphonics frequently collaborate with musicians traveling to the state, as well as venues like Snow Park Amphitheater, to put on the best shows for the region and for all of us who love to see our favorite music with a little bit of string flare added to it - and we expect the same this August!
Grab your tickets today, right now, and let’s get ready to party! We can’t wait to see you here at the Amphitheater.
